Single family house

The robust masonry plinth supports the top volume of decorative plaster, which was specially custom designed by nōmar architects for this project. This unique decorative plaster gives the building a contemporary character and provides a subtle contrast to the heavy plinth. The carefully chosen colour tones of the decorative plaster continue inside the house, creating a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

With a clean, contemporary look, this house blends with the quiet and residential atmosphere of the neighbourhood. At the front of the house, a deliberate choice was made for a closed façade. This contrasts with the rear façade, where large windows offer panoramic views of the lush garden, allowing natural light and greenery to permeate the house.

Inside, light tones dominate, in perfect harmony with the surrounding greenery outside. These subtle colour choices enhance the spatial experience and create a serene, inviting atmosphere that brings nature inside, so to speak.
